We are building a suite of “Self Help” applications that we hope you will find useful and should assist in your mood and mental well-being.


The first or our “Self Help” apps is “MoodFood” a visual and textual mood stimulator.

The Second of our “Self Help” resources is “What about ye?” a simple to follow table that allows you to measure your mental well being, with advice on how to improve depending on your outcome.
